Best Way for Tenant to ePay??

Just started our first rental, and have used Paypal for the first payment. Their fees seem really high, and we're wondering if anyone knows a way around this??

Have considered the new Instant Pay program from Intuit, but not sure on their fees yet.

Im sure this isnt the first time its been discussed, so if anyone knows of a previous thread, please let us know. Thanks!
