Several of us on here started that way.If you find a deal that is undervalued it is possible to find private money since their loan will be based on the value, not what you pay.You can buy with sweat equity where you commit work and repairs in lieu of a down payment.You can buy on a lease option.Borrow against your car.Buy on payments from the owner where you will make larger than normal pymts until equity is built up and you can refinance.Find someone with money who will buy the property then sell it to you for a profit and/or carry to earn interest.

Many - actually most in some areas - times, you will learn of it with no notice, so when the tenant exhibits enough decorum to advise you well in advance, it is best to work with them to make it a win-win scenario.In this case, the tenant has communicated they will stay for another 6-months, but cannot commit beyond that period.You can work with them on this.
