It's become apparent to me over the last few days that they do not want to endure a rehab, even if it means the difference between $0 and ~$50k in their pocket (I will never understand this, but I know it happens everyday).To be completely honest with you, my take on what is causing them stress is a mix between laziness, complacency, and embarassment over the condition of the property.
