The Book on Rental Property Investing

I bought this book the day it came out and have not been able to put it down since! It literally gives you a step-by-step guide on how to become an investor, so any newbie out there to doesn't know where to get started, for a seasoned investor who is looking for some new ideas, or anyone for that matter needs to read this book. It basically wraps all the content from all of BP into one book!

For those of you that have read the book, what was your the biggest take away?

Mine had to be the chapter that takes you through step-by-step 4 different real estate plans. I plan on taking the best of all 4 and combining them into one Master Real Estate plan!

Great work @Brandon Turner
