I’m looking for some opinions on what social media protocol is with your business page?

We're in the process of switching to new software and they're integrate with SingleKey, I'm excited to try it out!

The windows and current trim are in bad enough shape that I am pulling both the windows and the exterior trim and installing new windows with a nailing fin and integrated J-channel. 

I have seen a lot on social media, firms that lend based on the investment only.

There is media coverage of this story and could result in good PR for party or group that is able to help relocate these residents.    

You can even list houses for sale on social media. 

Got lucky but a combination of word of mouth (I already had some rentals and i talked about that frequently to my friends), network through social media (IG and FB marketing), and then got connected with a start up company that does rent by the room and i help find the houses for them.  

Don't forget to check out social media groups of investors in your area to network with and to also look for deals on here and LoopNet for deals listed by investors for your area. 

I ended up sharing on my personal social media page (no mention of projected returns).

Do I listen to my gut on not liking the integrity of the way they've done business...?
