Rent, food, food, soap, (scratch that.. who am I kidding I don't shower), rent.

FHA buyers would require the house to be livable upon the sale date...which means at least a stove to cook food. 

I save/invest roughly 70% of my income because I still live my parents so I am fortunate enough to not have to worry about living expenses like paying rent and food.

Just my opinion but food for thought for all to chew on.

So I sat them down and said if you want to say there you're going to have to be more than just bums, you must at the minimal pick up your own mess, clean our own utensils and bowl and anything you use must be asked before usage, keep the absurdly loud obnoxious arguments to a minimum and continue contacting family members to help them, but most importantly you MUST have a job by the end of August, 2019 so that you can pay rent and get your food stamps cause I can not afford to feed the 2 people.

2) Lets say I stay in the US and do not go abroad, lets say I spend 1K for food, utilities, gas, and have only 1K left...

Take food scraps home from the restaurant everynight, bring home leftover soup and freeze it.

Otherwise, I'd be buying cat food from my business account.

I'm an agent so take this with a grain of salt, but one thing I would consider is that some listing agents (i.e. the seller's realtor) will have it built into their contract that if the buyer is unrepresented, the listing agent's fee goes up, presumably because it means more work for them.

You could try and put out alternative food for them.
