There were some great graphs in one of the Dallas Chamber of Commerce digital publications showing how diverse the economy is here (available for free online).Having said that, it'll be interesting to follow the long term economic impact of the inaugural LNG (liquefied natural gas) exports of the US starting this February/March at the Sabine Pass port by the TX/LA border and other upcoming ports.

Do not advertise a deal that you don't have under contract.

Also you need to read the sale advertisement to become aware of what is required of the purchaser and the seller.

We advertised it that the basement seeps, but the tenant says the level of seepage is unacceptable..

It is horribly frustrating to waste my time everyday looking at potential "Money Makers" that are advertised and half of the base prices are $20,000 over the comps, not including the way under-priced remodel it needs.
