Most Effective And Easiest Way To Find Deals/Sellers?

Hello BP.

So what happens when you find buyers but don't have anything to sell them?

What are some ways to find good deals fast so you don't sound flaky and lose the buyer(s) trust?

First of all I would take the word "Easy" out of your vocabulary assuming you want to be a wholesaler. There ain't no easy there.  Also I would be careful of the word "fast" as well. Some people work for 6 months to find their first deal.

As far as getting deals here are some proven avenues.

1. Yellow letters

2. Bandit signs

3. Drive for dollars

4. Tell everyone you know you are looking to buy a house

5. Cregslist/ Facebook marketing (free)

6. Paid online marketing

7. Partner with another wholesaler

Good luck out there. Keep turning rocks over till you find what you are looking for.
