Books to read.

Reading a lot of REI books, webinars, podcasts, etc.  

If you're a reader J Scott of bigger pockets has a very good book called The Book on Flipping Houses.

Between the podcasts, especially their books, and these forums, you have what you need on the education piece to get started.

@Karam Charrouf I am new to all this as well but I recommend listening to all the BP podcasts and ordering the books they recommend.

If you want to read up on it I'd recommend starting with the two of David Lindahl books and Gino Barbaro's book.Best!
