Hello all,

New to the BP community, based in the Phoenix area. Currently looking to soak up information about the industry, very new to Real estate investing. I'm finding the BP podcast to be a treasure trove thus far but I would appreciate any other suggestions for places to get started. I hope everyone has a safe and fun pre-holiday weekend.
