Hey Guys

I'm a licensed general contractor in Grand Rapids and I have been a custom home builder for the last 5 years.  I'm still building homes but I have always had the itch to do flips and real estate.  I have noticed that they are super hard to find and was wondering if anybody has some tips to locate them.

Thanks

Tim Johnson

If you're a reader J Scott of bigger pockets has a very good book called The Book on Flipping Houses. It taught me a lot of the framework for my evaluating. I'm no experienced investor, but in my area I've found good luck buying Forclosures. I wish you the best!
