I suppose the extra money came from the fact that she was living in a $1100 a month rental and only had to pay $24.85 per month to live there.

I came across multiple sites that say that Brokerages can pay fees to nonlicensees for referrals under state law if they don’t engage in activities with the referrals that require a real state license.How am I supposed to know what activities qualify as this?

I suppose if someone shot themselves inside your apartment you could possibly have some contractors that wouldn't want to clean that up. 

I'll take my chances by attending other REIA's before I return to the one there that is free and supposedly contains more/"better" content.

This seems too good to be true and sets of my "BS" meter.Seller is located in a nearby state and is supposedly getting out of this state entirely - but owns almost 10 more parks in their home state (but will be selling them soon as well).Fishy items: 1 - Why would you sell the "ideal" parks if you owned them?

I'm "supposed" to say all PA's are bad, but they aren't.
