I need to learn more about the market so when the time comes I can invest in my back yard!

I recently began house hacking and have about an acre of yard to play with- right now it is bare and no grass.

@Bill Brandt THX Free bulk day would certainly solve the problem, This was the only local trash service that even offers to pick up at a cost.Most of this furniture is being thrown away for a reason, hence no one would want.local trash yard is 68 minimum a load, and I'd like to Dispose furniture asap, not keep until I have a load.

I want to do a best offer but I think I’d have to manage it and do the yard work just to break even.
