I looked a multi unit buildings in Cook and Dupage counties casually and haven't found any good deals yet.

It wouldn't be difficult to cook up a couple phony invoices so keep that in mind as you weigh your options.

To give you an idea, they hosted annual halloween block party (for all the kids with games for kids and a pot luck) this past year.

If bet if you were willing to cough up the $300 and follow the lessons/guidelines you'd find a lot of value especially if you're the type that's good with instructions and cooking with cook books and such.

So we just took everything in stride, did it in baby steps and turned pot holes into assets.
