Hey guys My name is Willny Guifarro and I'm a recent high school graduate. I've done 1 wholesale deal before and I'm currently closing on my 2nd deal 😁 I found a lead on Craigslist for a house and if was an absentee owner. He got a $300K house for just $27K after winning it at an auction. The owner ended up flipping it to me for $47.5K and I recently found a buyer for this property for $215K. All in all, this deal is netting around $140K after taxes. Glad to say that I'm very excited to be in this industry, I've been preparing myself for this moment all my senior year. Like I honestly didn't go to any senior events or hang with "the crowd". Just spent my days on my laptops trying to get a deal cooking and I'm proud to say that all the hard moments paid off . Regards -Will
