Hi all,

My name is Nick Edwards. I am a 25 year old raised right outside Washington D.C. in McLean, VA. I now live about 15 minutes away in Tysons Corner. New to all of this but am eager to learn and grow. After many podcasts, books and videos (and many more to come I'm sure), I feel this "speaks" to me more than any other crazy idea I may have cooked up in my head. I would ultimately like to be involved in this full time. BiggerPockets looks like a fantastic community and and tool to achieve this. I would absolutely love to speak to any locals (Baltimore to Richmond) who have more skin in the game than myself.
