Are there any turnkey companies/platforms that anyone has found useful to buy a single family rental property?  

I did have the water company for a rental call me as they couldn't get hold of the tenant and the water was constantly running.

You can live in one UNIT or ROOM and renting out the other vacant units/rooms to offset your monthly mortgage payment.There are several ways to run and make sure you are maximizing your rental income while keeping your living expense as low as possible.

Check the local laws about rentals. 

I would like to find a local person to assist with making it an Airbnb rental since I am so far away and cannot do so.
