The property is located just 0.3 miles from the Metro-North "Mt Vernon West" Station with access to Grand Central in Manhattan in approximately 30 minutes.Not sure if it's a faux pas to post this ^^ I'm more interested in learning than someone who's better capitalized 'stealing' this particular deal.

I recently heard on one of the local news stations that there's an estimated 10,000 home shortage.  

I visited my brother when he first got stationed at Fort Campbell in KY/TN and was amazed the amount they were paying for a single wide trailer (and was automatically taken out of his check).

My daughter is in the military, she bought her house as soon as she got her permanent duty station. 

The place that I found that is really catching my eye is walking distance from a booming downtown, and walking distance to a major train station that goes directly into NYC in under an hour.

Hammond, Lake Station, Merrillville, Griffith, and others are locations were you can get 8-10% buying turn key and 10-12-15% or more if you are involved more.

There is a tax deed for a piece of property used by the power company.  100 ft square, fenced in for this power station.  

I have a decent income tax wise $180,000 or so, I make more but Im in the gas station business, Im a dealer, I dont own the land I just lease a few stores so I've never made a commercial purchase.

I received mail from the court station I can set a hearing with in 20 days.
