Complexes have pools and other facilities that are included in the rent, as well as other things I'm sure, so I would expect that their rent rates for a 1000 sq.ft. 2-2 would be higher than a similar small multi.

Well the thing is our facility is now about forty years old and really getting rusted out so our expenses have gone up keeping it in good repair.

I'm going with AAA since I have my car insurance with them and they asked me about deductibles for Medical payments to others which is $2,000 but can go up to $5,000, Other perils deductible at $1,000 and Water deductible at $1,000.
