Hello, my name is Elijah, before I start my real estate investing I want to become well versed with properties and their potential value. I wanted to know if any of you think that his would be a good propert to buy, repair and then rent. I figure it can rent for rift around 1800$, especially after repair, I know the pictures aren't very helpful, but any thoughts you might have would help.
