I wipe down everything I touch including the steering wheel, shift gear, and door handles. 

I want to ban cheaters just like everyone else, but think a landlord is just a schmuck if they tell a tenant they can't have a handicap accommodation like a wheel chair ramp, grab rails, or legitimate ESA. 

Plus it is kinda like investing with training wheels.

As a landlord I love this flooring since it is so durable.

Then additional copies (if there are any) go on the same hook with their own plastic label.The plastic labels are very durable, and I can write directly on them or stick a paper label on them.

I haven't done a deal yet, but the wheels are moving towards finding something off-market to jump in on.

What can or cannot be done, will be done; depending on your educated calculated effort provides.I'm not saying, reinvent the wheel.

Its just a hamster wheel...

They build teams of people and develop systems that keep the wheels turning so they have more time to spend with family and doing things they love.

They might like white but consider durability.
