If you are at the third attempt, that should be a good time to see if the seller can lobby for a new condenser to be installed, given the first two visits are on their database for the same issue.

To a human, it reads as the same address, but to a database system computer it is technically a "different" address.

Do you have an administrator oversee the account??

Do the math and decide if that's worthwhile.Originating fees strike me as similar to the administrative, or originating fees associated with a commercial mortgage here in Canada ... essentially, it is the lender billing you for their effort and cost to draw up the mortgage papers.

The client signs a Special Power of Attorney that is related to only that real estate transaction so the agent can complete the real estate transaction on behalf of the client.What I have is over 20 years of operations management, including being an active real estate investor from 1997 - 2005 where I personally closed three real estate deals without using a single penny of my own money (was paid $15K to buy my first house) resulting in net equity of $350K; I managed two real estate deals for clients that resulted in RIOs of 150% in four months and 317% in six months respectively; and at the height of m real estate investing I personally controlled nine properties with initial costs of $1.8 million with less than $30K cash and created over $250K in equity over a four month period.I currently manage a $106 million operating budget for Santa Barbara County's Mental Health Department where I am the CFO and Deputy Director of Finance and Administration through the end of September (I am leaving to work on my management company full-time). 

(she moved to Canada two days later, and they were married there a couple months later)This was under the prior administration, and they seem a lot more active now, and I doubt that "Sanctuary Cities" will work to help Canadians (plus this guy was hogtied and hauled off by Immigration not the local authorities).Where I'm going with this, is if you screw this up relying on random internet information it could be very uncomfortable for you.It's probably best to check with an attorney who handles this type of Visa.Good Luck!
