Gov Wolfe of PA issued an order today to shut down all business physical locations that do something other than offer life-sustaining products or services.

in states that rely a lot on attorney closings and physical signings and dont have E recordings are going to be hampered.WE do all of ours as mail away and i have in house notary so not an issue for me.. and then the counties have E recording..

Hopefully their debts will not exceed their damage deposits. 

I heard Grant Cardone say don't let the capital you physically have limit the size of the deal.

I've heard of some "curbside closings" kind of like a drive through as long as you physically appear before the notary, and also if you don't mind having a mobile notary you can request that the signing be outdoors.

more and more states are shutting down non essential businesses, highly questionable you can get appraisers, inspectors and surveyors for physical visits so most likely there will be a delay? 

They both will accept a desktop appraisal in which an appraiser does not view the home or a drive-by appraisal and will not require a physical interior inspection of the property.

Also, if your buyer goes rogue, he can cause major damage to the property.If you decide against taking this risk, you should enter into a purchase contract without transferring the ownership, obviously with an attorney's help.
