I would recommend interviewing real estate companies to determine if they are the bext fit for you.

I just wanted to throw this out there for those of you thinking about if a SOLO401K might be a good fit for you AND you already have lots of funds in a 401K where you are leaving a job or a non self directed IRA. 

Those SFH fit Brrrr vs pure cash flow better anyway.  

You are not obligated to screen in any particular order and the reality is that you, as a responsible landlord, choose the most qualified and the best fit for your needs.

I thought there would be a section in the Marketplace on Biggerpockets to throw out to all the landlords on this site, but it doesn't seem like this fits anywhere here. 

That specifically sounds like it fits the sub development I'm working on right now.

So, I began interviewing brokers looking for the right fit.  

I know it's really competitive and takes a lot of Hustle but it seems like a good fit for me at the moment.

If not you can ask them if they know a broker that fit your criteria.
