Looking for an investor-friendly broker with whom to hang license

Hello all, 

I'm a new licensee in Southern California (Redondo Beach) and I'm looking for a broker with whom to hang my license. I'm currently working with a property management company, but I'm looking to hang my license with a broker that offers a lot of education, resources, and training so that I can grow professionally. My long-term goal is to become a broker and start a real estate syndication business. Therefore, I'm looking to work with/for someone that is already where I'm trying to go.
