New Broker in the Chicagoland Area

Hey Guys,

I recently passed the Illinois State Broker Exam, and I am having some trouble finding a brokerage to join. I want to gain a lot of experience from top agents, but I don't feel comfortable giving up such a high percentage of my commission along with monthly fees.

If you have any suggestions, please reach out.

Thanks!

Hello Nikit,

Congrats on your passing!! I am an agent in Illinois as well. I am with Baird & Warner, but I have heard that Classic Realty charges a fee but the commission is 100% to the Real Estate Agent. You can check them out.
