Guns are legal tools in the tenants have a constitutional right to keep them for self-protection, hunting, or whatever.The only issue I see is that you have forbidden tenants to possess them on the property but have since learned they are violating your lease.

I hope everyone is well, i gave my tenants a 60 day notice to move , then recently my tenants decided not to pay last months rent for the month of July, i sent them a notice to quit, they moved out Saturday, however they didn't leave my keys or a forwarding address, when i can legally take possession of my unit to change locks?
