I hope everyone is well, i gave my tenants a 60 day notice to move , then recently my tenants decided not to pay last months rent for the month of July, i sent them a notice to quit, they moved out Saturday, however they didn't leave my keys or a forwarding address, when i can legally take possession of my unit to change locks? can i just throw whatever they left behind away ? i waiting on my lawyer to call me back just thought id ask here

thanks for the input
