Now the duplex is on a lot that's 50 feet wide.

Conventional responses on using direct marketing when looking for distressed buyers, is that you have to cast a wide net, follow up and be patient. 

The one I have is a double wide built in early 80's.  

This is based on my experience in Tucson, AZ, but the program is nation-wide.  

I've often thought these south Philadelphia 14' to 16' wide lots are perfect for modular construction.

Throughout my collegiate experience, I have been blessed with the ability to work within a wide range of roles, but specific to real estate, I was able to work at a boutique PE my senior year, which primarily focused on the acquisition of SFRs within 13 metros in the US.
