Hello everyone.

My name is Nir and I'm a new real estate investor from Israel.

I would love to get your opinion for what are the best areas for me if i'm interesting in doing flip deals.

I prefer as close to nyc as possible and mid income areas.

Any ideas?

Thank you very much

Hi Nir! I would look in North Bergen, Harrison, maybe you can still find a deal in Union City. Jersey City certain neighborhoods have capped or are too expensive for a real significant return, but you can still do well in the Bergen Lafayette neighborhood, or Lincoln Park neighborhood. I would take a look at a light rail and path map and then look up walkable properties. Anywhere in close proximity to NYC, walkability to public transportation is huge. Take a look at Bayonne, too.
