probably the closest comp to yours that sold around the same price/sq.ft https://www.redfin.com/NE/Beat...your location is def not great being right next to a car wash and on a main town road. staging would've probably helped you sell it back in the summer time, as well as cleaning up the siding up front (unless that's just shade and/pr picture quality). some of the paint work is sloppy inside (pic #14 from redfin) and you left the wood paneling... should've just painted right over those. why is the bathtub covered?
