Buying a foreclosure- sight unseen

There is a house nearby that is occupied.  Foreclosure for sale.

I just want to hear how that worked out for other people.  I like the house (from the outside pics)  and the location is ok.  But its occupied and sight unseen.    The agent was vague with details.  As far as if eviction was order, or cash for keys was offered.  I just want to know more but also I want to make a move.

I usually walk the home before I purchase it. Even if I look through the window or get a answer on the door and get to peek inside, try your best to see the condition
