Why get some random person on another platform that might not even fluent in real estate?

It's logistically impossible for a large management company to have all these random lease terms around for every Joe Blow who's got 1 or 2 properties.On top of that you should assume their lease is better than anything you're going to come up with as they know much more about leasing & landlord tenant law than you do.
