Dogs barking disturbing my guests

Hi, I have a neighbor with a lot of dogs that bark all the time, disturbing my guests. We have spoken with them, but they are not willing to help. I was thinking about buying ultrasonic dog barking silencers, but I'm not sure if they work. I would appreciate any recommendations

I'm not aware of an device you could place on your property that would prevent them from barking. You have to report them. The City will cite the owner and they'll eventually get bark collars or remove the dogs.
