Mary Smith lol I always ask wholesalers why not just get your real estate license since your doing their jobs anyways, one wholesaler told me they didn't want to disclose like agents do and others told me they could get away by not paying income tax on it and you know what really bothers me the most is when they try to sell me a home from the MLS?
