New To All Of This-Rhode Island

Hello. I'm new to the real estate world. I'm interested in flipping houses in Rhode Island. I just registered for a Nick Vertucci free seminar. Before everyone tells me it's a waste of time and money, let me just tell you that I already know that. They are giving away a free lunch and smart watch with participation in a 2 hour free seminar, so I'm going. If it's free, it's for me. I'm really interested in flipping houses. I'm very handy, so I am hoping to be able to save money by doing a lot of work myself in the beginning. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
