I have just added an instruction if you click on the image, it will show a larger "cut and paste" Early Move Out clause from an actual Lease Agreement.I am not the landlord but the representative of the "Happy" tenant.

In March when the tenant moved in, I provided a vehicle registration form and informed her that it needed to be completed and submitted to the HOA in order to remain compliant with community rules (instructions for submitting the form was provided).

@Mike Reynolds I put a bead of silicone under the brushed nickel drain top piece as I put it in the sink, per the manufacturer's instructions on the faucet.

I know HUD uses that terminology to qualify a structure as a manufactured home (must be at least 8 body feet wide or 40 body feet long), but I'm not exactly sure what it's in reference to.

If you're not either a California State licensed real estate sales person and/or broker or a licensed manufactured home salesperson and/or dealer I'd be very careful getting involved with any type of sales transaction.
