What should one tenant do when the other wants out before lease..

Here is the situation: Two tenants sign a Lease Agreement and share a 2-bedroom apartment in Denver, CO.

The lease ends on Dec 25, 2017 (Merry Christmas). If one tenant decided to move out, say on June 1st, before the maturity of the least term, should she be obligated to pay her share of rent of $846.50/month through Dec. 2017?

What's your interpretation to the Leasing Agreement in the state of Colorado. Thank you for input.
