Bare in mind, this is also aside from what I like to call "Ostrich Syndrome", which is where distressed borrowers stick their head in the sand and do not come up to look around from the stress/pressure of the delinquency or default.  

Set your price in your head and bid.

The buying wave is already heading north, south and west of the Wynwood epicenter - with large purchases recently made in Little River, Lemon City, and Buena Vista.

My thought is this is exactly what they want you to do, they want to get in your head by asking if it's your best offer cause they want to get you to pay more.
