Renters inconvinience
Hello, I know that this may be more of a legal question, but I am a bit disturbed. I currently rent a Condo, and 6 months in to my Lease the owner informed me that she is putting it up for sale. After reading the conditions of my lease, it states that I have to cooperate in showing the property to potential buyers, or if I'm moving out to allow new potential renters to see the property.
I understand that if it was my condo and I choose to sell it, the inconvenience is something that I sign up for as well as the ramifications.
Let me know if any one that is selling occupied house/condo gives the tenant an incentive. The only reason I'm asking is because although the realtor is suppose to give me a 24hr notice prior to showing the condo, he is apologetic and has given me no more than a 30 minute notice. I am at work, and because I live there I leave things out. So I have to make last minute accommodations.
