Auction Sites for leads
I have found a partner locally and we are working together. The plan is to start with a few flips and then move on to a few buy and hold properties. We have been searching through Zillow, Craigslist, and the local papers for leads. I am waiting to hear back from Jerry on yellow letters. We have bandit signs out as well as a real estate agent going through mls on our behalf. We have come across SEVERAL properties in A class areas that are being auctioned off on auction/com (hopefully I'm allowed to list that link please inform me if it needs to be removed).
Has anyone had any luck/success using these types of sites? We can drive by and peek in windows but that's really all we can do visually. The purpose would be to buy a house to fix/flip. I appreciate you taking the time to read this and look forward to all of the professional opinions.

@Ryan Dossey is correct. Auction.com will run up the bids. Set your price in your head and bid. There are some good deals to be had on there. Best of luck!
