Hello Everyone,

My name is Che' and I had paralysis analysis for a few years, but I snapped out of the trance a few months ago. I have been using the direct mail marketing strategy for probates and absentee owners since April. I am proud to say that I sent my third letter to one of my probate lists this week. I have had a few calls, but it was concerning the probate process. I have read every single probate and direct mailing post by @Sharon Vornholt

and continue to do so for encouragement, motivation, and knowledge on her blog Louisville Gals Real Estate Blog. By day, I am an IT Analyst and by night I am a wife of 14 years and a mom of 4, one attends Texas Tech ~ Wreck 'Em.

I have to continuously remind myself of the tortoise and the hare because sometimes I get antsy. When I feel that way, I come to BP and head over to Sharon's site to get refocused and have that tortoise mindset ("Slow and steady wins the race").

Happy Investing to Everyone!!
