I was introduced to the realtor through one of my customers who actually inspired me to take the leap into real estate.

And pitch it with confidence and excitement but be certain behind that is genuineness.

I don't know of any specific books on REI in Scandinavia however @larsdyrendahl covers a bit of Sweden in one of his books that I recently bought, really inspiring but also full of details of how to go about calculating numbers and what to look for etc.
