My name is Tony and this post is a huge step for me. I don't have any social media accounts because I've always been a "lurker" more than anything, so posting here is my coming out!

I'm a 35 year old business owner living in the L.A area. I make decent money from my business but I'm lost in whether to invest out of state for cash flow or around my area for appreciation. So I took a dive and made an offer on a duplex in Los Angeles because I gotta do something! I can't stand this inaction.
