Hi BP fam! I will be in Austin April 20-23 if anyone would like to connect over coffee or lunch. A little bit about myself: I am from the SF Bay Area and I am Journeyman electrician and have been investing in RE since 2020. So far, I have built a small portfolio of 3 single family rentals and I'm currently house hacking. I'm looking to scale into apartment complexes down the road. DM me if you would like to connect!
