This lead me to read books like Think and Grow Rich, E-myth, Rich Dad Poor Dad, 4 Hour Work Week, Building Wealth One House at a Time, ABC's of REI, and other books listed here on BP.It changed the way I saw being successful and being wealthy.

When rich dad's prophecy comes true in the next 1-3  years, you will be glad that you move 70% of your net worth into hard assets.

Rich dad poor dad" by Robert Kiyosaki.It changed my way of thinking about my financial future.Since then I started to read all kinds of books about different topics.And I really related to real estate, the idea of passive income.My dream is that I can go to my future son basketball game without any concern.

It's very informal, with a bunch of people sitting around talking shop over food and drinks beginning at 6:00 and lasting till 8:30 or until they close the place at 10:00. : ) Lately there have been about 30-35 people at the last few meetings, and a large percentage of them have come as a result of networking here on BP. 

Don't get discouraged if & when you come across get-rich-quick individuals.
