Even a vending machine needs a quarter to start
I live in Evansville, IN. And I am looking into real estate flipping and renting. I will be blunt about my situation. I am poor. I have a family to support so you know my motivation is there. I am not asking for a hand out. I am asking for someone to invest with me into some property. I will obviously do the most work and accept the least profit share. I am the perfect situation. I have no choice but to succeed. I have a family that depends on me. I need a rich friend. Who wants to be my rich friend?
