I've been going through the Forum and Podcasts for about a month now, and I thought its about time to make a profile and introduce myself.  I've been really impressed by the content and I just finished two of J Scott's books on flipping houses.  

I'm in Dayton, OH and I'm looking to rehab some houses.  I've bought a few foreclosures as primary residences over the years, and I've done all the work myself.  I'm looking to expand and find a team to eventually do this full time.  

I'm excited to be part of this great community and I'm looking forward to meeting everyone.
