Hello Everyone from Dubai & DFW

Hello everyone! I have been a long time reader of BP, this is by far the best site for resources, knowledge and networking. My name is Usman, I currently manage a technology consulting firm in Dubai and Australia. I am looking to invest in either DFW or the Houston area (Still not sure). Prior to moving overseas, I used to live in Cedar Hill, TX and I still own a home there.

Since i will be travelling most of the time, i am not sure if rehabbing properties would work unless I get a excellent RE agent, wholesaler and a rehab specialist. Another option is multi-family investing or hard money lending.

I will be in the US from Aug 12 thru 31st, taking family to Orlando Disney / Universal and than we will spend around 10 days in the DFW area.

I am looking to speak/meet BP members in the DFW / Houston area while i am there. Maybe we can assist each other somehow.
