Ronnie Boyd, I was thinking the same thing so I asked her and she said that she was not looking to wholesale it, but it does have an assignment clause that states that they can assign the contract and be immediately released from all responsibilities, etc. etc.I asked for $1000 in EM and she said she could meet in the middle.

I tought they were only supposed to check the gauge and maybe release some air to make sure it still holds air.I checked the pressure and it can easily pass the 15 psi / 15 minute test.but this property is already red-tagged, and I need to make sure I get the clearance with CPS Energy cause I'm already under contract with a buyer.thanks.

While I had concerns with there being proper consideration, i simply told the realtor fine but you realize if my client chooses to take out a half page add saying you would not release him and please no one else ever sign one, and place that add next to his weekly sales add he could legally do it, he quickly signed a release.
